Yoga seminar
These seminars are open to anyone who wants a more intensive experience with yoga.
These weekends allow you to practice yoga extensively. This allows the diverse methods of the yoga path to unfold, such as: B. Asana, pranayama and meditation provide deeper experiences, although some people would call these "higher experiences".

Yoga Yoga and meditation, three weekends on the theme of death and dying. Preparation for a sacred moment and journey
People who have been practicing yoga for a long time get to know the finer levels of being. Over three consecutive weekends, we explore these inner spaces through yoga practice and realize how rewarding it is to explore their connection to death. In talks, exercises and other sources of inspiration, we courageously face what can seem scary at first, but then turns out to be a gift.
The weekends also show how the transition and death can be easier and less painful. Excitingly, we also see how we can make our current lives happier and more meaningful. This is how death becomes a friend and advisor and loses its sting.
