As Alexander teachers, we are trained to have a good eye for habits that encompass the whole psycho-physical interplay.
We support people to get out of burdensome patterns, to discover new spaces and to move in a more body-friendly way. This is a process that takes place step by step with the support of our hands and mental directions. In this way you learn to let go of unnecessary tension in order to create a relaxed posture and let your breath flow unhindered. The refined body awareness usually creates a pleasant self-contact and strengthened self-confidence.
